Ouribank Account Opening Guidelines

For businesses incorporated in Brazil, please note the following with regard to receiving payments:
1. Payment method: Money may only be added from corporate accounts registered under a name matching that of the company. Payments from buyers or money added from personal accounts under the same name are currently not supported.
2. Payment limits: Your total payment allowance is controlled by the bank based on your RADAR level:
RADAR level: Unlimited - No limits on adding money.
RADAR level: Not Unlimited - Capped at $150,000 USD annually. This limit refreshes each calendar year. If your annual limit is reached, payments from buyers will be rejected and returned, and your account will be restricted from receiving further payments.
To lift payment restrictions:
Renew annually or upgrade to RADAR Unlimited. Please reach out to our online customer support; upon verification, we will immediately lift restrictions on receiving payments.
For businesses incorporated outside of Brazil, please note the following with regard to receiving payments:
Personal account remittances
● Single transaction limit: ≤ USD $3,000
● Total annual limit: USD $50,000 per sender per calendar year. Amounts exceeding this limit will be refunded, and no further payments will be permitted within the current calendar year.
Corporate account remittances
● Payments from businesses without the necessary RADAR qualifications will be blocked and returned the bank.
● For businesses with the necessary RADAR qualifications, the bank will control the total payment limit based on your RADAR level:
  ○ 1) RADAR level: Unlimited. No restrictions, payments can be sent normally.
  ○ 2) RADAR level: Not Unlimited. Each business has a total payment limit of USD $150,000 per year. Any payments exceeding this amount will be refunded, and no further payments can be made within the current calendar year.
