Full transaction ban: XTransfer prohibits the sending or receiving of payments involving the following countries or regions: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia.

Please note: This includes receiving payments made directly by buyers located in these regions or through third parties (regardless of their location), shipping goods to these regions, and sending payments to these regions.
