About the PEP Form
The Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) and Sanctions Exposure Declaration Form is a compliance document that XTransfer requires from customers to ensure adherence to anti-money laundering and sanctions-related laws and regulations. This document is utilized to identify whether customers and their related parties have PEP status or carry risks of being subject to international sanctions, thereby ensuring compliant account usage.

Instructions
1.Name of legal entity: Enter the company name you used when creating the account.

2.Check boxes: Please select “Yes” or “No,” as the case may be. If “Yes” is selected, you’ll be required to provide details in the corresponding space.

3.Signature and date: Per the risk control review feedback, the form must be signed by the designated company member (e.g., Legal Representative, Director, or Authorized Signatory). The full name must match the designated company member’s name (typewritten is permitted); the signature portion must be handwritten or electronically signed. Please enter the current date as the date of signing.

How to Submit
Once downloaded and completed, please upload the attached form to the appropriate window or under “Other attachments” based on the review comments, then resubmit your verification request.
